Challenge

The existing INTRAL web portal and backend systems were outdated, leading to inefficient user interactions and a suboptimal experience for both customers and internal teams. The platform’s lack of scalability, modern features, and maintainability made it difficult to adapt to evolving business needs. Key challenges included:
Outdated backend infrastructure with limited scalability.
Cumbersome frontend UI that negatively impacted user satisfaction.
Complex legacy authentication systems that hindered smooth transitions between admin and customer portals.
Need to maintain operational continuity while undergoing significant system overhauls.
